Dragon Quest IX Scores Maximum With Famitsu

While it appears that Dragon Quest IX gamers writing reviews on amazon.jp were not massively impressed by the game on DS, Famitsu were.

In fact the Japanese gaming bible awarded the game with a maximum score which only the likes of ‘Zelda: Ocarina Of Time‘ and a handful of other games have ever achieved. The four reviewers scored 10, 10, 10 and 10, so a 40/40 total.

Not bad, but why were the Amazon reviewers so upset?
