Iwata And Aonuma Talk Zelda Wii

Some new information has arisen about the latest installment in the Zelda franchise. Firstly, series producer Eiji Aonuma has said that Wii MotionPlus is incorporated and is adding great realism to the controls, not only that it will be compulsory to use the add-on to play the game:
“After actually making it compatible, it just feels so natural. Link’s sword and the controller that you’re holding become one.”
Also in a recent investors meeting, Satoru Iwata said that he wants to have a playable demo ready for the show floor at E3 and hopes that the development team will complete it for release in 2010. Aonuma echoed his sentiments:
“I’d like to show something playable. We’ll work hard in order to get you playing it as soon as possible. We’ve progressed in development since last year. At present, the core areas have come into clear view. After actually making it compatible [with MotionPlus], it just feels so natural. Link’s sword and the controller that you’re holding become one. Of course [there will be gameplay that puts an emphasis on the ability to swing your sword freely].”
