Though the recent Call of Duty games on Wii have been pretty decent, I think it’s fair to say they took second place to the PS3 and 360 versions. With Call of Duty: Black Ops, developers Treyarch look to buck that trend. They spoke with Official Nintendo Magazine and had this to say:
“What we want to be able to do is create the most intense, the most cinematic ‘you can’t believe this is running on the Wii’ situation that you could imagine. That’s what people expect from Call Of Duty. They expect to be blown away. We’re going to blow you away.” – Treyarch studio head Mark Lamia

Ok, so this is not footage of the Wii version of Call of Duty: Black Ops, but it’s good to have a look at what to expect when it hits later this year.
