Once again we have the latest in Media Create console sales from the land of the rising sun. All Nintendo consoles took a dip in sales last week, but then so did Sony’s which meant for a closer battle for top position.

The PS3 and PSP both had a considerable dip in sales in Japan last week from the week before as you can see from the latest Media Create figures, however they still managed to keep the top spots over the Wii and DS. It seems DS sales are slowly declining which is probably due to the fact that most people in Japan already have one and the announcement of the Nintendo 3DS is probably holding some people off.
