Nintendo Co., Ltd. today announced consolidated first-quarter global financial results for the three-month period between April and June 2010.

In addition, the rise in the value of the Japanese yen in comparison to the corresponding three months a year ago had a significant negative impact to net sales when reported in the Japanese yen.

Nintendo have posted their financial report for the year ending March 2010. Both profit and hardware sales were down, however all is not lost as it is still their thrid best year ever!
