Spanish developers ‘Over The Top Games’, have announced their anticipated WiiWare title ‘Icarian: Kindred Spirits’ will be available to download in Europe this Friday, yep that’s the 19th June.
The game follows the escapades of a winged girl named Nyx, who is looking to find her friend, Icarian. You control Nyx with the wiimote while manipulating the wind, casting rays and controlling the scenery as you go.
No word yet on a North American release date but we’re sure it will follow soon after Europe and hopefully by the end of June.

New footage of Icarian: Kindred Spirits coming soon to download for Wii, has been released. The game has been created by Over The Top Games and it follows the escapades of a winged girl named Nyx, looking to find her friend, Icarian. Not surprisingly the player controls Nyx with the wiimote and you will be able to manipulate the wind, cast rays and control the scenery as you go. Icarian has a distinct ‘old school’ look about it and looks like it will be a welcome addition to the WiiWare library.
Not much else is known about the title so far but keep your eyes on nin-ten-do.com when we hear more.
