In an interview with High Voltage Software, Matt Casamassina of IGN discovered that the developers next shooter for the Wii, which was revealed around E3 time last year, ‘The Grinder’, has lost its exclusivity to the console and will now be appearing on PS3, Xbox 360 and PC too.
The developers claim that they want their talent to reach the widest audience as possible, which is fair enough, they produce quality games. However we are pretty sure that they were secretly crapping themselves with the thought that the game may sell as poorly as ‘The Conduit’ did.

This is news that we were definitely not wanting to come true here at nin-ten-do.com - Wii MotionPlus will be “embedded” into the wiimote rubber jacket that comes with it.
In episode 47 of the IGN ‘Nintendo Voice Chat‘ podcast, Matt Casamassina and co. have indirectly confirmed it to be the case. The wiimote condom could be glued, screwed or even melted onto the Wii MotionPlus add-on, we are not sure yet. However, we do know that we’ll be trying our hardest to remove the damn thing from the rubber housing when they finally do find their way into our grubby mitts.
Let’s hope that Nintendo change their stance on this and at least let gamers have the option to use the rubber jacket or not, it’s only fair isn’t it, seeing as we pay for them? If not and you feel the same way as us about the rubbery sock, get ready to dig out your scissors and scalpel!
