The PS3 takes pole position once again in the Japanese hardware charts from Media Create, while it’s little brother, the PSP takes second place. This is followed by the Wii in third and then the three DS versions in 4th to 6th. Once again, nothing very exciting to report and we need some big game releases, new bundles or price cuts to make things more interesting.

The rest of the chart of course is made up of the under-performing Xbox 360 and PSPgo.

Last weeks Media Create hardware sales are in for Japan and read very similar to the week before with the exception of the PSP which had a nice 28k increase. This has enabled it to keep at the top of the charst even if you combine all three DS interations.
