If you’re looking forward to Bionic Games’s Wii exclusive ‘Spyborgs‘, the game that has seen a major graphical overhaul since last year, you will not have to wait much longer. The game has been scheduled for September 29th release in North America, priced $49.99.
Unfortunately Capcom have not come clean about a release in Europe/Australia yet but hopefully it won’t be the usual 6 month delay for you guys.
There’s video here and screens there.

Feast your eyes on these tasty looking screens from Capcom’s ‘Monster Hunter 3′, showing a snowy area of the game in all its glory.
We are hard pressed to think of any other Wii game looking this good, maybe with the exception of Super Mario Galaxy. It seems the developers have squeezed a lot of power from the Wii and we’re keeping our fingers crossed that it lives up to the scale of the very popular PSP ‘Monster Hunter 2nd G’ in other departments.

As we saw at E3 last month, Red Steel 2 is looking amazing. All seemed to agree that it was one of the best looking Wii games at the show. However all is not as rosy as it seems. There are concerns that the sword fighting elements of the gameplay are still not particularly good, even with Wii MotionPlus support and also that the game feels a bit shallow and repetitive.
Of course there is plenty of development time left as the game is not scheduled for release until this winter so let’s keep our fingers (and toes!) crossed that Ubisoft deliver a game that plays as well as it looks.

‘Tatsunoko vs. Capcom: Ultimate All Stars‘ has been availale in Japan for a while now but due to some licensing issues for the games characters it has meant a delay for the western release. Now those problems have been sorted we will be able to scrap with our favourite characters quite soon. Well soon-ish as the game is expected in the rest of the world this winter or early 2010.
Expect a wide selection from Japanese animation studios Tatsunoko and Capcoms back catalogues as well as support for the classic controller, gamecube pads and a specially designed arcade stick to control the game.
