‘The Sky Crawlers: Innocent Aces‘ is out in February this year in the west, so here is some new-ish footage of the game in action to wet your appetite.
The game is from the creators of ‘Ace Combat‘ on PS3 and Xbox 360 so expect tight controls and intense dogfighting action. The game has been out for ages in Japan and though didn’t sell massively, was released to favourable reviews.

Publisher XSeed have come to the rescue once again as they have picked up the rights to bring ‘Sky Crawlers: Innocent Aces‘ over from Japan for release stateside. The game was developed by the Ace Combat team and is also a flight combat sim.
Sky Crawlers is said to have an “innovative control scheme and gorgeous visuals”. The game was built from the ground up for Wii and awarded a Famitsu Gold Award when released in Japan.
