High Voltage have said that “The Conduit 2” is no longer. It is now titled “Conduit 2” as apparantly by using the word ‘the’ in the title was too tongue twisting! That’s fine by us.
Check out these 3 new screens of the game. What do you think? Looking good? It’s nice to see the devs creating more exciting landscapes for the sequel as the first were a bit mundane. Two more screens after the jump.

It sounds like the High Voltage devs are really listening to the feedback of gamers from “The Conduit” to ensure that the sequel will live up to high expectations. Sega Europe sat down with Josh Olson and David Pellas to see what changes they are going to make to improve “The Conduit 2” on Wii, multiplayer being one of them.
“While we are very proud of the online multiplayer action in Conduit 1, we are working very hard to provide a complete multiplayer gaming experience in Conduit 2 by offering more unique gameplay modes, unlockables, perks, character customization, and we are not limiting ourselves to online only any longer. Gamers will be able to compete online and offline via splitscreen and we are very excited about that.”

These are the worlds first ever screenshots of “The Conduit 2” from High Voltage and were scanned from the latest issue of Nintendo Power which explains their low quality.
Th first game was ok, but I have total confidence that High Voltage have taken on board what was wrong with the original and are making amends with this one. Just like Ubisoft recently did with “Red Steel 2“.
Hopefully we’ll have some high-res screens for you soon, but for now check the rest after the break.
