Earlier we posted the top metacritic games of the decade and today we have a comparison of the best selling games of the decade. You can see that the list is pretty different and shows that even though a game may be very well received and scored by the media, it doesn’t necessarily transalte into good sales. Okami we’re looking at you!

This list shows the top 20 games of the last ten years as decided by Metacritic – the average ratings of which are obtained by all media review scores.
There are quite a few Nintendo games in there, though not all sold as well as they deserved in comparison to their Metacritic score. Metroid Prime being one! Interesting stuff nonetheless.
