Ubisoft Planning Strong Launch Lineup For 3DS

Darren Bowen of Ubisoft UK has told trade publication MCV that the company expect to have 6 to 8 launch titles ready for the 3DS when it hits.

The company were one of the biggest ealry adapters of the DS and it seems that they want 25% – 30% of market share with 3DS too. It’s great to see the massive amount of support the console is getting this early on, much more than the DS did at this stage.

“We will have six to eight of the key launch titles on 3DS, so we are expecting anywhere between 25 and 30 per cent share on that platform.”
