Wii Number One In Japan Over Christmas

After the storm that was ‘Final Fantasy XIII‘ helping the PS3 sell bucket-loads the week before Christmas, the Wii has bounced back into top position in Media Create’s hardware sales in Japan.

No doubt this is thanks to NSMBW, helping to shift a few consoles and the fact that FFXIII went from selling 1.5 million the week before to under 200k Christmas week! The DSi managed second place just ahead of the PS3 which itself was ahead of the PSP…
